Erica Dimick, Owner

Erica Dimick

Erica Dimick, owner of AMIV Baltimore, began her nursing career at a young age, and her undeniable passion for nursing has only grown since. She received her Associate’s Degree from the Community College of Baltimore County in 2013 at 21 years of age. She immediately began her nursing profession at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, working on an arduous but vastly rewarding medical-surgical unit. This further drove her desire to broaden her knowledge base in the field she loved. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Frostburg University, while simultaneously partaking in numerous additional education opportunities. She has been trained in wound care, preceptorship, diabetes management, peritoneal dialysis and IV therapy and maintenance. Her ambition and determination did not stop there. While dually enrolled in two universities concurrently, Erica applied to and was accepted into Walden University’s Family Nurse Practitioner program. She has since completed the program with high honors. She lives in Baltimore, Maryland with her husband Jim, her son James and their pup all of whom she absolutely adores. Alongside nursing, Erica’s love for the Maryland Blue Crab industry grew fiercely after meeting her husband, a commercial waterman, over a decade ago. She and her husband now own multiple successful seafood restaurants within the state of Maryland. She is ecstatic to be a part of AMIV’s team and can’t wait to help those in her community live a happier and healthier life!
