Why flying dehydrates you and how IV helps
Ashley Yardley is the Co-Founder of Advanced Mobile IV, where she has been building the company since October 2021. AMIV has discovered a way to empower nurses and business owners by offering franchise opportunities nationwide, providing mobile IV hydration and vitamin therapy specializing in quality care. IV therapy is the fastest way to deliver medications, vitamins, and more directly into the bloodstream to help with various health conditions and health promotion.
Ashley is also the author of the upcoming book Scaling Trust, set to release in 2026. Her clinical foundation is unusually broad, with a background spanning EMT, athletic training, and nursing. She is skilled in wound care (including wound VAC) and is dialysis-trained, phlebotomy and IV certified, peptide-trained, and stem cell-trained.
She has taught PALS and ACLS, led maturation programs, and conducted school vision screenings, with much of her work focused on athlete health, wellness, and preventive care. On the business side, Ashley is a former home health and hospice owner - she successfully opened the agency and achieved accreditation - and previously served as VP of the southern region for a podiatry practice.
Early in her clinical career, she placed 2nd in a HOSA competition for Clinical Critical Thinking and Problem Solving.
In her own words: "I believe success isn't about titles, positions, or credentials - it's about the person you become through hard work, resilience, and the way you treat others. I'm an LPN with a bachelor's degree, but those aren't what make me who I am. They're tools, not trophies. What matters more is the dedication, persistence, and compassion that I value in my work and relationships."
Ashley's journey has been full of challenges, but she sees each one as growth. She has been blessed with mentors who appeared at just the right times - every time she grew into a new level, there was someone to help guide her there. That experience has shaped her belief that success isn't standing above others; it's staying humble, learning daily, and helping others grow too.
Her hope is to inspire confidence in others, create connection, and remind people they're capable of more than they think. She believes we grow stronger when we lift each other up - and that's the kind of success she wants to keep chasing.
