Dr. Paul Nielson is a family practioner practicing in St. George, Utah. He graduated with honors from University of Utah School of Medicine in 1978. Dr. Nielson specializes in comprehensive health care for people of all ages and has experience as a pharmacist. Having more than 44 years of diverse experience, especially in Family Practice, he puts focuson preventative care with routine checkups, tests, and personalzed coaching on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Nielson possesses immense knowledge on the latest available for optimal health.

“Oh my goodness! My 19 pound 25 month old was sick and very dehydrated and Advanced Mobile IV worked tirelessly to get him IV fluids! I am beyond grateful for the work put in. Other places won't do small kids so I am EXTREMELY happy this place did, so that I didn't need to take my little boy to the hospital for something that could be done at home. They were able to add zofran to the IV which will make a huge difference. Minutes after she left, my son is feeling so much better and already able to sit up and not feel sick.”
