
Mandy Polak (Owner of AMIV in Norfolk, NE) graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with Bachelor's Degree in Biology. She started her healthcare career in cardiovascular ultrasound 16 years ago. Providing the best patient care possible has not only been Mandy's goal, but also her passion. Throughout her career, Mandy has worked with her patients to help them understand how to have a more proactive approach to their well-being and healthcare needs. This approach fueled Mandy's desire to help patients further improve their health and wellness by providing a variety of IV mobile services. Mandy is married and raising two amazing boys with her husband Kelly in Norfolk, NE.

Anna received her training at Clarkson University in Omaha Nebraska. She is a Bloomfield native and enjoys taking care of our community. When she is not taking care of others, she loves spending time with her husband and two boys. As an ICU charge nurse, she holds a high level of critical thinking and expertise. She is a great asset to our team and we are lucky to have her excellent IV skills.

Dr. Paul Nielson is a family practioner practicing in St. George, Utah. He graduated with honors from University of Utah School of Medicine in 1978. Dr. Nielson specializes in comprehensive health care for people of all ages and has experience as a pharmacist. Having more than 44 years of diverse experience, especially in Family Practice, he puts focuson preventative care with routine checkups, tests, and personalzed coaching on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Nielson possesses immense knowledge on the latest available for optimal health.

Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals look and feel their very best. As our weight-loss consultant, she works one-on-one with clients to create personalized plans and support them in achieving their health and weight-loss goals. A Plainview native, Lisa returned to her hometown after college to begin her career in healthcare. She first became a registered nurse and later advanced her education, earning her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2010. Now a nurse practitioner, she combines her medical expertise with a passion for skin care and overall wellness. Lisa’s compassionate approach and deep knowledge make her an invaluable resource for anyone looking to improve their health, confidence, and well-being.

Angie is a life long native of northeast NE, graduating from NECC, she has worked at FRHS for the last 15 years in ICU and recovery. Most recently, she began work at Fountain Point ENT clinic. With her many years and areas of nursing experience under her belt, we appreciate Angie's IVskills as well as her expertise and compassion she provides! In her downtime, Angie keeps busy with her husband and their 5 boys, attending all of the sports events! Angie looks forward to helping you achieve and maintain your health golas!

Erika received her nursing license from Clarkson College in Omaha Nebraska. Erika enjoys caring for all age groups but her specialty is pediatrics. Her experience in home health care has helped her to appreciate the benefits of health care services that can come to you! As a Norfolk native, she is thrilled to provide IV therapy to our community.


Karlynn received her nursing degree from Midland University in Fremont, NE in 2011 and has over a decade of experience in emergency nursing. She believes in taking care of body and mind through proper nutrition and spiritualism/mindfulness. These practices can transform lives. When not dedicating her time to the nursing field, Karlynn enjoys family time with her husband and young daughter, teaching Sunday school, gardening, swimming, biking, reading, and singing.

Lauren received her nursing degree from Midland University in Fremont, NE and has experience in ER and labor and delivery. She loves to help patients learn how to better take care of themselves and improving overall health. When not taking care of others, she likes to spend time with her husband and two boys, and travel. She is so excited to bring this service to smaller communities to help people better their health.

Regina received her nursing degree through Northeast Community College. She has been with Faith Regional for 7 years. While she enjoyed her first 4 years of her nursing career caring for patients on the Med/surg unit she is currently caring for IMCU/ICU patients. She takes delight in the healing process in and out of the hospital setting. Regina and her husband are raising 4 children and appreciate their simple but busy farm life. On their down time they love travel, camping and outdoor adventures.
