Mandy Polak (Owner of AMIV in Norfolk, NE) graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. She started her healthcare career in cardiovascular ultrasound 16 years ago. Providing the best patient care possible has not only been Mandy's goal, but also her passion. Throughout her career, Mandy has worked with her patients to help them understand how to have a more proactive approach to their well-being and healthcare needs. This approach fueled Mandy's desire to help patients further improve their health and wellness by providing a variety of IV mobile services. Mandy is married and raising two amazing boys with her husband Kelly in Norfolk, NE.  

I received my nursing degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Lincoln, NE. I love caring for a variety of patient populations, but my speciality is in medical-surgical-vascular patient care, postpartum care, and my current outpatient surgical care. Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family and friends and keep an active lifestyle. My husband and I also have two sweet little boys! I’m a strong advocate for maintaining physical and mental health and wellness, so I’m very excited to be a part of Advanced Mobile IV!

Anna received her training at Clarkson University in Omaha Nebraska. She is a Bloomfield native and enjoys taking care of our community. When she is not taking care of others, she loves spending time with her husband and two boys. As an ICU charge nurse, she holds a high level of critical thinking and expertise. She is a great asset to our team and we are lucky to have her excellent IV skills.

Angie is a life long native of northeast NE, graduating from NECC, she has worked at FRHS for the last 15 years in ICU and recovery. Most recently, she began work at Fountain Point ENT clinic. With her many years and areas of nursing experience under her belt, we appreciate Angie's IVskills as well as her expertise and compassion she provides! In her downtime, Angie keeps busy with her husband and their 5 boys, attending all of the sports events! Angie looks forward to helping you achieve and maintain your health golas!

Bailey earned her BSN from Methodist College of Nursing. As an avid caregiver specializing in pediatrics, Bailey is a compassionate nurse who thrives on providing comfort and care to others. Throughout her career she has been focused on the whole health of her patients, enabling them to thrive. Bailey spends her free time cherishing moments with her 3 young children. She is enthusiastic about helping others in their wellness journey. 

Brittanie recieved her nursing degree from Clarkson College. She has experience in ICU/IMCU and currently outpatient surgery. When she is not taking care of others, she  loves spending time with her husband and 2 kids. She enjoys working out and maintaing a healthy lifestyle. 

Erika received her nursing license from Clarkson College in Omaha Nebraska. Erika enjoys caring for all age groups but her specialty is pediatrics. Her experience in home health care has helped her to appreciate the benefits of health care services that can come to you! As a Norfolk native, she is thrilled to provide IV therapy to our community.

Lauren received her nursing degree from Midland University in Fremont, NE and has experience in ER and labor and delivery. She loves to help patients learn how to better take care of themselves and improving overall health. When not taking care of others, she likes to spend time with her husband and two boys, and travel. She is so excited to bring this service to smaller communities to help people better their health.

Lisa grew up in Plainview and came back afer college. She became a nurse initially and then went on to become a nurse practitioner. She graduated with her masters in nursing through UNMC in 2010. She loves skin care and helping others look and feel their best. 

Dr. Powell currently holds a dual certification as a Board Certified Physician in Medicine and Psychiatry. Prior to this role, Dr. Powell was the Chief Executive Officer for New England Medicine for 4 years; and the Chief Medical Officer for New London Hospital, a Dartmouth affiliate, for greater than six years.  He graduated Suma Cum Laude from Clayton College and State University in Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies.  He earned his M.D. from Mercer University School of Medicine in Georgia and his M.P.H. in Health Policy and Clinical Practice from The Dartmouth Institute at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. 

Dr. Powell currently is on staff in the Dartmouth system and has held faculty positions with Dartmouth Medical School as an Instructor in Psychiatry and as an Instructor with The Dartmouth Institute.  He completed internships in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine, a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry, a residency in Leadership Preventive Medicine, and was Chief Resident in the departments of Internal Medicine and Psychiatry all at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.  He is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry, and he is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine.   Dr. Powell is also a Certified Physician Executive through the American College of Physician Executives.  Dr. Powell currently works clinically as an Internist and a Psychiatrist, with a focus on Addiction Medicine.
