Mandy Polak (Owner of AMIV in Norfolk, NE) graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a Bachelor's Degree in Biology. She started her healthcare career in cardiovascular ultrasound 16 years ago. Providing the best patient care possible has not only been Mandy's goal, but also her passion. Throughout her career, Mandy has worked with her patients to help them understand how to have a more proactive approach to their well-being and healthcare needs. This approach fueled Mandy's desire to help patients further improve their health and wellness by providing a variety of IV mobile services. Mandy is married and raising two amazing boys with her husband Kelly in Norfolk, NE.
Anna received her training at Clarkson University in Omaha Nebraska. She is a Bloomfield native and enjoys taking care of our community. When she is not taking care of others, she loves spending time with her husband and two boys. As an ICU charge nurse, she holds a high level of critical thinking and expertise. She is a great asset to our team and we are lucky to have her excellent IV skills.
Stefanie has extensive knowledge in health care including charge nurse status, home health care and hospice. She is comfortable with home visits to clients and feels this is often the best way to provide excellent patient care. Stefanie recognizes the benefits of how IV treatments can improve your overall health and wellness by giving your body the tools it needs to stay in top condition. When your body has the ideal balance of vitamins and nutrients for normal function, you’ll feel better, get sick less frequently, and enjoy mental clarity.
Erika received her nursing license from Clarkson College in Omaha Nebraska. Erika enjoys caring for all age groups but her specialty is pediatrics. Her experience in home health care has helped her to appreciate the benefits of health care services that can come to you! As a Norfolk native, she is thrilled to provide IV therapy to our community.
Dr. Powell currently holds a dual certification as a Board Certified Physician in Medicine and Psychiatry. Prior to this role, Dr. Powell was the Chief Executive Officer for New England Medicine for 4 years; and the Chief Medical Officer for New London Hospital, a Dartmouth affiliate, for greater than six years. He graduated Suma Cum Laude from Clayton College and State University in Georgia with a Bachelor of Science in Integrative Studies. He earned his M.D. from Mercer University School of Medicine in Georgia and his M.P.H. in Health Policy and Clinical Practice from The Dartmouth Institute at Dartmouth College in New Hampshire. Dr. Powell currently is on staff in the Dartmouth system and has held faculty positions with Dartmouth Medical School as an Instructor in Psychiatry and as an Instructor with The Dartmouth Institute. He completed internships in Psychiatry and Internal Medicine, a combined residency in Internal Medicine and Psychiatry, a residency in Leadership Preventive Medicine, and was Chief Resident in the departments of Internal Medicine and Psychiatry all at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center. He is Board Certified in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry, and he is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association and a Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Powell is also a Certified Physician Executive through the American College of Physician Executives. Dr. Powell currently works clinically as an Internist and a Psychiatrist, with a focus on Addiction Medicine.
